We believe that true understanding can only come from an authentic, regenerative visitor experience that is powered by Community and led by Native Hawaiians. By sharing our traditions and knowledge, we hope to create an immersive and unforgettable journey that empowers our visitors to not only appreciate Hawaiian culture, but to also find a deep connection to their own space and community, wherever they call home.

Kulāiwi Connection is immersive, authentically Native Hawaiian experience at a traditional mahi ʻai kalo (taro farm.)
Nestled in the Waimea Valley on Kauaʻi, visitors will gain a once in a lifetime experience where they will see and feel a true connection to place that is unique to the Hawaiian people. While spending a few hours hearing moʻolelo (stories) and working the land, visitors will experience the deep connection to ʻāina (land) and the surrounding environment that is unique to the Native Hawaiian people.
Through engaging educational experiences, we aim to inform our visitors about the importance of connection to place. While discovering the vibrant history, we hope to inspire a greater understanding and respect for the land and sea that sustains us all. Our approach aims to foster a sense of respect and appreciation for the fragile paradise we call home.
